About Becca

I strongly believe that your therapist does not need to be a blank slate or someone you know nothing about. As I have firsthand experience being a client since the age of 14, I understand the value that therapy brings to people's lives. I also have lived experience managing issues surrounding trauma, body issues, and mental health. I continue to engage in my own personal therapy in addition to clinical supervision to ensure that I am continuously growing in both my personal and professional life.

As a counsellor, I am committed to helping clients learn more about themselves and reach their full potential. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore any issues or struggles they may be facing. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from many different theoretical approaches to tailor each session to your unique needs. All in all, I approach therapy not as the expert in the room, but as someone simply walking alongside you on your healing journey.
